
Oomi Online service will be closed down for consumer customers on April 30th
The Oomi Online service will be closed down for our consumer customers by the end of April 2025. In the future you will be able to use the new OmaOomi service. Language versions are currently being developed, and the English version of OmaOomi will be available from May 19th. The Swedish version of OmaOomi will be launched later this year. For business customers Oomi Online will remain available for the time being.
In the future, you can use the new OmaOomi service to manage your electricity contracts and to track your electricity consumption. OmaOomi will replace Oomi Online for consumer customers by the end of April.
OmaOomi provides information such as contract details, electricity consumption and consumption impact, electricity bills, and hourly price tracking. We are also continuously learning from user experiences and developing new features for the service. OmaOomi can be used both as a mobile app and via web browser.
Currently, OmaOomi is available only in Finnish, but other language versions are being developed. The English version of OmaOomi will be launched on May 19th, and the Swedish version will be released later this year. We will provide separate updates on the launch schedule for the Swedish version of OmaOomi.
Please note that the login credentials for the systems are different, so your Oomi Online credentials will not work for OmaOomi. You can also log in to OmaOomi using strong authentication.
For our business customers, Oomi Online will remain available for the time being. OmaOomi will be available for business customers later in 2025.
