Sign an electricity contract

The Oomi Active contract has a changing energy price that is based on the hourly price of electricity for the Finnish price area as published by the Nordic electricity exchange (Nord Pool AS). The average energy price used in invoicing is formed as the volume-weighted average of the hourly prices for the Finnish price area and the corresponding consumption. The customer will also be invoiced the vendor’s margin, basic fee and value-added tax.

The Oomi Active contract is available for locations of use in which the electricity consumption is metered and registered on an hourly basis.

The price of the Oomi Flex electricity contract consists of three parts:

1. Monthly basic fee (€/month)
2. Fixed price of electricity (c/kWh)
3. Consumption impact (c/kWh)

The consumption impact is dependent on the distribution of your consumption between the more affordable and expensive hours. The impact varies based on the monthly per-hour electricity consumption and the hourly prices of exchange electricity, which is why it is not fixed.

Oomi´s customers have had an average consumption impact: +1.15 c/kWh (VAT 24%).
For 67% of customers, the consumption impact is -1.5 ... +3.7 c/kWh (VAT 24%).
For 95% of customers, the consumption impact is -4.1 ... +6.3 c/kWh (VAT 24%).

The electricity contract is for a fixed term, after which your contract is automatically renewed and will remain valid until further notice. We will send you a notification of the renewal in advance.

Oomi Stable is perfect for you if you would prefer to pay the current price for electricity without committing to a fixed-term contract and having to worry about fluctuations in the price of exchange electricity. The Oomi Stable contract and the sale price are valid until further notice. We will inform you of any price changes at least one (1) month before the change comes into effect.

The sale price of electricity is composed of a monthly basic fee and the price of electricity. The sale price valid at the time of conclusion of the contract is specified in the contract confirmation. The price of the Oomi Stable contract is reviewed regularly, and Oomi has the right to adjust the price under the grounds specified in the general Terms of Electricity Sales.
