Good to know for customers switching over from Lumme Energia
As a result of the corporate acquisition, all agreements, products and services concluded with Lumme Energia have been transferred to Oomi, as such, as of 1 January 2026. The change applies to all consumer and business customers of Lumme Energia. The merger will not affect the contracts of Lumme Energia’s customers, their terms and conditions, validity periods or prices.
Lumme Energia will continue to handle customer service and billing for the time being as before, and customer service contact details will remain unchanged. You can still use Lumme Energia’s service channels as usual.
