Oomi Fixed is a fixed-term electricity contract that is the best solution when you want to take care of your electricity contract for years ahead. The price is determined based on the date of purchase and will remain the same throughout the fixed-term contract period. After the fixed term, the contract will automatically continue as a new 12-month fixed-term contract, the acceptance of which requires no action on your part. If you do not accept the new fixed-term contract, you must cancel it no later than 14 days before the start of the new fixed-term contract. Oomi Fixed is intended for corporate customers whose annual consumption is less than 100,000 kWh per year.
Oomi Seasonal includes two price periods. The price of energy is determined differently in summer and winter. In winter, a fixed energy price is applied, while in summer so-called spot pricing is used, consisting of a fixed margin and an hourly spot price. The basic monthly fee is set at the contractually agreed rate for the entire contract period.
Winter period 1 November – 31 March The fixed energy price for the winter period (c/kWh) is agreed upon when signing the contract and remains the same from the start of November until the end of March (1 November – 31 March). Summer period 1 April – 31 October The energy pricing for the summer period applies from the beginning of April until the end of October (1 April – 31 October). The summer period pricing comprises the vendor’s margin (c/kWh) and a fluctuating spot price, which is based on the hourly electricity price for Finland published by the Nordic electricity exchange (Nord Pool AS).
Oomi Seasonal is a fixed-term contract in which the terms and prices are determined in accordance with what is agreed upon when the contract is signed and will remain as agreed until the end of the contract period.
A fixed-term Oomi Jousto contract is a combination of a fixed-price contract and a market-price contract. The price of the Oomi Jousto electricity contract consists of two parts: 1) a fixed price for electricity (c/kWh) and 2) a consumption impact (c/kWh). Additionally, a basic fee (€ per month) is charged. The consumption impact depends on how the company’s electricity consumption is distributed across different spot-price hours during the month. It is calculated as follows: Consumption impact (c/kWh) = (average price calculated based on the company’s electricity consumption and spot prices) – (monthly average spot price).
Oomi Stable is perfect for you if you would prefer to pay the current price for electricity without committing to a fixed-term contract and having to worry about fluctuations in the price of exchange electricity. The Oomi Stable contract and the sale price are valid until further notice. We will inform you of any price changes at least two (2) weeks before the change comes into effect.
The sale price of electricity is composed of a monthly basic fee and the price of electricity. The sale price valid at the time of conclusion of the contract is specified in the contract confirmation. The price of the Oomi Stable contract is reviewed regularly, and Oomi has the right to adjust the price under the grounds specified in the general Terms of Electricity Sales.
