Rules for the “Sign up for Oomi Online” Prize Draw

The prize draw is organized by Oomi Oy, business ID 3101315-4, Teknobulevardi 7, 01530 Vantaa, Finland (hereafter referred to as the “organizer”).
All Enefit’s Finnish consumer customers who have transferred to the organizer through a business acquisition, who are still customers of the organizer during the prize draw period and who have registered into the organizer’s Online service by 30th September 2024, will be eligible to enter the prize draw. Employees of the organizer and their family members, or other persons involved in organizing of this prize draw, are not eligible to participate.
Entries received outside this prize draw period will not be accepted.
The prize draw will take place at the organizer’s premises by the organizer during week 41/2024.
One winner will be drawn to win a €100 Super Gift Card. The organizer will pay the lottery tax due on the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
The winner will be notified personally by phone or email. The prize will be delivered to the winner after the prize draw has taken place. The winner’s name may be published in the media and social media outlets of the organizer.
The organizer holds no responsibility for the functionality of the prize draw’s promotional page or for entries that are interrupted or lost due to technical issues.
The information provided by participants may be used for the organizer’s direct marketing purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the organizer’s privacy policy (https://oomi.fi/en/privacy-statements/marketing-register/ and https://oomi.fi/en/privacy-statements/customer-register/). By participating in the prize draw, participants consent to the use of the information they provide as described above. Participants may withdraw their consent to direct marketing by notifying the organizer.
The organizer of the draw shall not be liable for any damages arising from participating in the prize draw, claiming the prize, or using the prize. The organizer’s liability to the prize winner will never exceed the total value of the prize.
By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to make changes.
These terms are governed by Finnish law apart from its conflict of law provisions. If any dispute arising from these terms and conditions cannot be resolved by negotiation, you as a consumer have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
