Welcome to our new website! We’re still settling in – a few things here and there need some finishing touches, and there might be an odd wire still hanging from the ceiling. But it’s coming together. 🙂

Information about invoicing

We send electricity invoices every month. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, and the due date is usually in the middle of the month.

We have introduced an electronic payment reminder. If you receive your invoice electronically and the payment has not been received by the due date, we will send you an electronic payment reminder.

The invoice is always based on your actual electricity consumption. With consumption-based billing, we charge for the electricity you have used each month. You can track your electricity consumption and review your past invoices in our online service.

OmaOomi

With OmaOomi, you are always up to date with your own consumption, both in euros and kilowatt hours. In the app, you can also find your invoices.

Easy and fast e-invoicing

E-invoicing is a secure way to receive and pay your invoices. You can make an e-invoice order in your own online bank already before receiving your first electricity invoice, using the billing identifier provided in your contract confirmation.

How to read your electricity invoice

Wondering what your invoice includes? Do you know what information is shown on your invoice? Read more about what the electricity invoice consists of here.

Did you forget to pay your invoice on its due date?

Sometimes you may accidentally forget to pay your invoice on time, but not to worry! We will remind you of the overdue invoice with a text message a week after the due date, if the invoice remains unpaid. This will give you time to react and pay the invoice before an actual payment reminder is issued, avoiding the €5 reminder fee.

The text message will be sent to the telephone number indicated in your customer details. The reminder message is free of charge. Please note that our text message reminder service is only available to consumer customers.

Keep your contact details up to date through Oomi Online.

If you receive your invoice electronically and fail to pay it by the due date, we will also send the payment reminder in electronic format. The payment reminder is provided in the same way as the original invoice, i.e. directly to your online banking service, Kivra or your e-mail address. The service is currently available to customers of Danske Bank, OP, S-Pankki and Ã…landsbanken. The service will be expanded to cover customers of other banks as the banks adopt the electronic reminder solution.
