Cancellation notice to consumer customers under the Consumer Protection Act
Cancellation right
You are entitled to cancel an electricity contract drawn up through distance selling (e.g. by telephone or internet) within 14 days without providing a reason. The time limit for cancelling the contract ends after 14 days from drawing up the contract.
To comply with the time limit for cancellation, it is sufficient if you send us your notice on using your right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period.
Impacts of cancellation
Once we have received your notice of cancellation, your contract will become void. If you have requested for electricity deliveries to start before the end of the cancellation period, you must pay for any electricity that has been delivered to you before submitting the cancellation notice in accordance with the confirmation of contract.

Please complete and return this form only if you want to cancel an electricity contract drawn up with Oomi Oy within the period of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act. The period of cancellation is 14 days from drawing up the contract. Notices received after the cancellation period will not be processed.
