Registration for the Online service, companies

Registration for the Online service requires personal online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. We use the authentication services of the most common online banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nooa Säästöpankki, Nordea, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, LähiTapiola, Ålandsbanken.

The service works on the most common versions of the browsers Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Not all the tabs and functions necessarily work with Microsoft IE.

During registration, the user accepts the service’s terms of use. The user is responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is correct and up to date. For companies, the user is also responsible for ensuring that the user has the right to view the information of the customer accounts they represent in Oomi Energia’s reporting service.

You can register for the service as your company’s representative with your personal online banking credentials or the company’s information.

Register as a corporate customer

Step 1: Choose corporate customer

Step 2: Online banking credentials/mobile certificate: Choose your bank’s logo and enter your personal online banking credentials.

Step 3: User information: Enter the name, business ID and customer number of the company you represent. You can find the necessary information on your company’s electricity invoice. If your company has several customer numbers, register one of them and contact customer service to have the other numbers linked to your account. Fill in the rest of the information and save your user ID and password. Read and accept the terms of use.

  • Your user ID  can be your email address or some other identifier/word, for example.
  • The password must be at least eight characters long and contain characters from at least three of the following character categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

Check the information you have provided before sending the form.

Step 4: After registration, you will be taken to the Online service. You will also receive a confirmation of your registration by email.

One customer number – several users

More than one person from a company can register as users of the Online service by utilising the information in the company’s electricity contract. Every user registered with the company’s information has a personal ID and password for the reporting service.

The first user to register with the company’s information receives administrator rights that allow the user to view the company’s consumption details as well as manage the company’s other users. The users who register with the company’s information after this only receive the right to view the company’s consumption details through the reporting service.

If you would like to add new customer accounts to your user ID, please contact customer service. Additionally, you can authorise other users to view your information. There are different access right levels (read/write and read-only access), depending on the subpage. The instructions for giving access rights to another person can be found under the section ‘Adding access rights’ in the user instructions for the Online service.
